We can guarantee 100% that there are NO HIDDEN EXTRA'S in our pricing structure. All prices quoted will "usually" include ALL of the following. Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electric, TV License, Internet Wi-Fi, Cleaner, Digital TV Free view box and where fitted Sky or Sky Plus TV as well.
Some houses might also include a mid week cleaner to clean all shared areas, kitchen, floors, windows, toilets, bathroom, skirting boards, etc. **
* If notice is given before a cheaper length contract has finished then the discounted price saved is deducted from the deposit.
** Specific details on the facilities and service bills included at each house can be requested by email and included in your personalised contract.

Rooms available immediately are usually only allowed to be booked 14 days in advance. But we try to be flexible off peak, so please email us your requirements to check your dates against our advance booking terms. |
