Key To Pricing Structure

Bedroom Size & Style - This simply gives an indication of the bedroom size

Deposit - This is the bond you place to cover any damage done to rooms during occupancy. Deposits are between £175 - £500. This figure is also inclusive of an admin fee of which covers administration and our finders fee. This fee is paid for by the landlord. This deposit is refundable and is refunded by cheque 14 days after you vacate the room. Of course for a full refund the room should be in the same condition as when you moved in, subject to fair wear and tear. We will not penalise fair wear and tear. We will always give you the chance to put right any mishaps you may have had as long as you inform us immediately and don't leave it until the last minute.


Please Note:
All rent is charged by the calendar month so if your weekly rent was £50.77 then your monthly rental would be £220. This is always payable on the anniversary of the date you moved in to the room. So if you moved in on the 10th February and subsequent rentals would be due on the 10th of each month.
